Confidence shaken

Lauren, confidence eroding, covered her stomach with both hands and her knees caved inwards.

"Aw, now she's shy!" Laughed Debbie.

"First she shows up for work naked, THEN she gets embarrassed!" Laughed a customer.

"Maybe she's finally realizing she's not all that!" Megan, another waitress scoffed.

Lauren tried to remind herself it was all a dream. It should be fun, being naked in a taboo place. Like a fantasy. Instead it felt like a nightmare, especially with her very body betraying her. Why was this dream making her plumper then ever? She was already embarrassed with the weight she'd gained after high school. Why was her subconscious adding more?

No, this was HER mind, and SHE was in charge. She was not pushed around by anything, even her subconscious. Lauren would take control. She would prove she was dominate, and sexy! It was her dream, she had the power... didn't she?
