Joey completed the form and checked off all the eligible family and friends listed. He was guessing this was some VR attempt at creating RL scenarios based on feedback you you enter during sign-up. Joey answered a couple of questions about current activities and school classes; intentions for college and career. There was also an option to add other players not listed. Although the list was pretty complete with family and friends, there were a couple of people he thought he might add to the list.
