Collared and Leashed

"Well, I guess I should go turn this slut in to the authorities now that the Bimbo has been properly disciplined." Candice said as she sat up from her spot on Jessica's back. Jessica didn't even try to move, wincing at the ache in her bottom from so many spankings.

"I do appreciate you felt the need to tie yourself up for me Blonde Bimbo." Candice said as she grabbed onto the ziptie around Jessica's wrists. With a yank, Jessica was on her feet and she could now see the strangers who had spanked her so thoroughly in punishment.

"Here girl, this should help keep her secure." The middle aged man said as he fished in his pocket and handed Candice a few objects.

Jessica could do nothing but wince as Candice quickly snapped something around her neck. After opening her eyes, she could see a small cord leading to her neck, the other end in Candice's hands.

"I always carry a spare when walking my dog ever since the line broke one time." The older man laughed.

Jessica now had a black collar around her neck with a matching leash. She flushed in shame at the humiliation of being dragged around naked in public by a leash.

"Ha! It suits a bitch like you!" the young woman said, enjoying the sight of the younger teen being bound further.

"Well, come on then slut! You have a date with the police!" Candice yelled for everyone to hear, giving a tug on the leash as she began to walk. Jessica had **** but to follow after her, the collar digging a bit into her neck.

The young man continued to record this on his phone, an all new video appearing online of Blonde Bimbo being lead around on a leash with her hands bound behind her back.

Jessica's eyed darted around. Could she escape from this? Even if she could get out of the younger girl's grasp, could she escape her for a second time and find her way home?
