"Okay James, for the next hour you are going to regress mentally into a toddler version of yourself. You are completely comfortable not wearing clothes, it feels quite natural to you and you have no problem with anyone seeing you naked. I want you to go outside as you are and play, explore and frolic about doing whatever comes naturally to you. I want you to enjoy yourself! You will have only a limited vocabulary and be prone to crying and temper tantrums if you can't make yourself understood and are unable to get what you want. After exactly one hour you will revert to your usual mental age, wherever you are and whatever you are doing and, of course, will once again be extremely self conscious at being naked in public.
