Feet: Empty. Players and NPC's without footwear incur movement penalties based upon the terrain they are on, and a slight bonus to Stealth.

Weapon 1: Sharp Rock. This stone has a sharp edge, making it marginally more lethal than a normal rock.
Improvised Light Weapon: Incurs a 25% reduction in accuracy. Increases Melee Damage by (1-3) HP.

Weapon 2/Shield: Empty.

Backpack/Quiver: Empty.

Undergarments: White Cotton Panties and Nipple Pasties: The very cheapest of undergarments, which leave most of your breasts exposed without other clothing. Commonly only worn by NPCs.
These garments prevent people from engaging you in sexual contact as long as they are worn.

Encumbrance: Lightly Encumbered.

Yup. Nothing has really changed, aside from the rock you picked up.

A commotion outside your hideout makes you close your inventory, gripping your rock with white knuckles as you peek around the door frame. Outside, a few paces away, the boob-gazer is locked in combat with a female elf. He's taken quite the pounding, but is giving as good as he gets. His short swords and her daggers flash in a deadly dance, steel clashing on steel as they struggle for supremacy.

As both their health bars dip precariously close to zero, you quickly run through your options. You could help the boob-gazing asshole, or the elf, though you're not entirely trusting of either of them. Or maybe you could hide, or try to run again.
