You recognize that you gained some new skills.

Bounty: Captain Morgan - The two faced Captain Morgan is marked to be taken in dead or alive. Reward: 1000 Gold or Unknown.

“Unknown” you say aloud. The bounty board said only gold. Maybe there is another way to complete the quest, you think to yourself.
