Charon had not heard any plans from the other gods, so she resolved to do something relatively inoffensive, but which would set things up for her creations to come:

Charon Creates the Color Green.

Taking some of the Colors Blue and Yellow, Charon blended them and purified the results into a new primary color; Green, which she would hopefully use in the ACTS to come...

It was a primary color, but also could be created by mixing with Blue and Yellow, yet when mixed with Red and Blue in proper measure could MAKE Yellow, so it stood on it's own merits as well.
