Chaos Ensues

The nice thing about being attacked by a dragon is that with all the **** and destruction raining from the sky, a naked woman becomes nothing more than a funny background event as people try not to get eaten. Also, executing prisoners becomes a less big of a deal.

Ralof, one of the Stormcloaks scheduled for execution, pulled Nora to her feet. He had gotten his hands untied somehow, but Nora's were still bound behind her back. He led her to a watchtower where Ulfric and some of the other prisoners were trying to figure out what to do.

Nora wound up separated from them and started following Hadvar around. He was an Imperial, but he seemed to think that chopping her head off for being naked was a bit overkill, and surviving a dragon attack was more important than public indecency.

Eventually Ralof turned up again and the Stormcloak and the Imperial faced each other, weapons drawn, but in a surprising turn of events, they decided not to kill each other and they went their separate ways trying to escape Helgen. Nora, still naked with her hands tied behind her back, knew she couldn't escape on her own, so she decided to follow …
