Caught and misidentified!

Lauren immediately cupped her small breasts with her hands as she waddled through the neighborhood, moving as fast as the cloth diaper would allow as her face glowed a bright red. This was beyond humiliating!

Lauren looked around nervously as she stopped behind a tree, trying to keep herself hidden from anyone who came by. She looked over to her home and saw that the exterminators were still working on her home. She just had to wait a bit longer, then she could -

"Good Gracious!"

Lauren nearly jumped in surprise, letting out a humiliated squeak at being caught. Turning around, she was blushed to see that it was her neighbor, Mrs. Winters; an old woman in her late-seventies who wore a pair of bulky, big-rimmed glasses. Lauren knew that with those glasses, the old woman was nearsighted, and she was practically blind as a bat without them.

"What are you doing out here, Sweetheart?" Mrs. Winters asked concerned as she knelt down to Lauren, talking to the little woman like she was a child. "Were you running away from home? And where are your clothes?"

Lauren wasn't sure how to respond to this. One the one hand, she was glad that she wasn't recognized. But on the other hand, being mistaken for a child young enough to need a diaper was just as, if not even more, embarrassing in this situation. Lauren blushed and gulped nervously as she racked her brain for a response.
