Can the marker detect time?

"What's your idea 'Can the magic marker detect time?'" Stacey reads from your list before popping a grape in her mouth.

Placing your test apple in the plate turned bowl, you' look at your list, biting your lip you think 'How do I best explain this?'.

"I'm wondering if the effects of the marker can be controlled with time, and if so in what ways. Like delay the effect, or make it last for a certain time, or disappear after or at a certain time". Grabbing the marker you stand, 'Lets get this party started' you think as you move around behind Stacey, placing a hand on her shoulder. Leaning over you speak softly into her ear "Are you ready for the first human trials.......guinea pig?".

You hear her let out a little squeak before vigorously nodding affirmative. "Open up the stopwatch on your phone, and get ready to start it when I finish writing" you say lifting the back of her shirt to expose your test canvas.

"What are you going to write?" she asks, a mix of apprehension and excitement in her voice as she fumbles with her phone.

"uhuh" you reply, the marker cap in your mouth. "Its a surprise". You start to scrawl across her shoulder blades and when you've finished, you pull her shirt back down. 'Two minutes to blast off' you joke internally. Placing the cap back on the marker you sit back down, and look at her phones screen to see the counter going up. "And now we wait" you say, glancing up at your girlfriend who is staring at you worryingly. With a grin you say "Don't worry Stacey, your gonna like this" and then tuck in to finish your cooling breakfast.

You keep an eye on the stopwatch on her phone screen as it ticks steadily upwards. As you watch the time on the screen tick over 1 min 45 seconds, you notice Stacey start to squirm a little. "Uh babe......I....I'm", her hands grab the edge of the table,_ _'Show time'. "It's yet another question that need's answering" you say under your breath as you stand again. 'What the fuck happened there' you think. Standing there for a minute, pondering what may have happened to the words, when a realization occurs to you. "Screw it, test number one, round two".

"Huh, I thought it was test two"

"I've just had a thought about the writing and I want to test it" you say sitting back down. You reach out and grab her arm, Stacey offering no resistance as you place it on the table. "A second pair of eyes may be helpful too" you add. Pulling the cap off the marker, you write the same words along her arm.

You pick up her phone and restart the stopwatch, leaning back you look over at Stacey, whose eyes are glued to her arm. "If it does what I think it will do........and does the same for the next test..... it'll mean we have a safety net for any mentality changes we do."

"Well that'll be reassuring" Stacey replies now looking over to her phone. You look over to it as will. 1 min 20 seconds. Looking back to your girlfriend, you watch her for a few seconds and sure enough, she starts squirming. You grab her hand and hold it so she doesn't move her arm during her orgasm.
