Byleth's thoughts wander...

Byleth knew it would be easy to use Sothis’ power once more. And yet, she still didn’t feel quite ready to call upon it. Just like her body, her mind was still reeling from all that had just happened. Despite all the power of the Divine Pulse, she couldn't mend her mind - her mental state seemed to be the only thing that was not swept away by the hands of time.

As this thought occurred however, an idea began to worm its way into Byleth’s mind. An insidious notion that started to grow as she gave it more attention… and as she remembered how good she had felt…

If one could do away with any and all consequences for such debauchery, she considered, …would there really be any reason not to enjoy it?

Byleth’s breath quickened as she continued to ruminate on the possibilities.

Pregnancy - receiving that man’s seed - is not an issue.

Her legs tensed, thighs pressing together as she recalled the feeling of being filled.

Even that mark… something of seemingly complete ownership… could be undone.

A deep feeling - similar to the one she felt before Kostas inseminated her - seized Byleth and she opened her eyes to see that the scarlet light had returned. A faint warmth seemed to emanate from it, reassuring and calm . She could hear Sothis’ voice for the first time in a while, but the words were muffled - still within her, but as though they were scattered. Another sense, one of unease, grew within Byleth, but the light soothed her. They each seemed to push on her mind, urging her to go one way or the other, teetering between them…
