To put it simply, this mod makes it so all creatures, monstrous or otherwise have tits, or over endowed sexual assets, it also includes a futa gender with 5 percent of all creature spawns of a time having both of the sexual assets. These spawn rates can be adjusted in settings, however most roleplay servers tend to keep the mods as unaltered as possible, to give the modders intended experience.

So there are two types of modded creatures in this mod. First is Natural, in which an mobs can spawn with a random generator of features. So a creature may draw from a random selection of features when spawning. First is gender, male, female or futa. After that a breast size, hip size, and ass size will be randomly determined, as well as dick and ball size for males and futas with a higher percentage to smaller features, making grinding to find a overly busty creature a challenging, but a rewarding endeavor.

The next is bred individuals, in which player fucked mobs giving birth to individuals that have a higher percentage to draw from larger sizes. On servers with this mod most player run in trades, capturing, fucking and then selling their and the mobs offspring to those that want to have busty mounts, companions, or slaves. Some mobs are released and due to corrupt code, they do not despawn, but spread the non despawing code and their higher percentage stats to naturally spawned populations.

Companion dogs have been altered from wolves in the following ways.
Companion dogs no longer spawn with A to C cup breast due to lore of them being domesticated for long periods of time, and now only spawn with D or higher breast sizes.
This also applies for their cocks, Which now spawn at minimum 7 inches, and other selection features have increased as well.
Futa dogs have been increased to have a 10% to be purchased, rather then the typical 5% percent spawn rates.

Bulls and Stallions Have Been made more muscular in their models due to popular demand, as a result, overly muscular minotaur and centaurs have also been added to the game,

Female Player pregnancies have been tweaked to be dependent on species, with mobs born from players now being endowed individuals. Find pregnancy list for more details.

Dragon are now also subject to the endowed and natural rules. Endowed dragons now gain enmity from natural born females and increase lust from male dragons. Male endowed dragons are now gain enmity from natural males and lust from females.

This and other statements litter the wiki, and its even cross mod compatible, the creature mods gaining breasts from the same pools as normal creatures. However as a result of the sapience Ai code that forms in the base game, along with the corrupt code originating from players, and the length in which this mod has been active, most mobs have goblin level sapience, with a few rising higher depending on circumstance. While all mobs are self aware, they default to old code in certain scenarios, hereby described as mental flux, they blank temporarily, and then regain consciousness in a few moments.

A notable cause include wild combat, in which mobs tend to default to base attacks rather then use their intelligence for anything useful. This is believed to be caused by defaults in their code, their preset attacking moves being used instead of a player or humanoid combo attacks.
