Brad visits your desk.
"Hi Mark. I have some good news." Brad droned with his boring voice and personality as he walked up.
"Hey uh, Brad." You said, only just remembering his name in time.
"...Your laptop is fixed." He said, holding out your laptop proudly.
"Awesome! Thanks a bunch Brad. I owe you one." You said as you handed over the piece of shit laptop and took your own one back.
"...Don't mention it." He said as he turned around and hunched away.
