Peter was torn about his use of his new power over truth. So he tried to connect them to his normal spider powers. He thought, 'I had used them originally to get everything I thought I deserved. Money, popularity, women. Then I didn't use them to help, to stop a burglar. That costed me the man who had been my father.'

So he knew that he would have to use his power to help people, make lives better. But there wasn't anything about using it to make himself happy, his life better. It came to him, 'Maybe if I do both. Use it for my benefit and others. To make the world and my own personal place in it better. The question is how to start? Just start talking or is there a better way to do this? Like making a list or something?'
