STARTING UNIVERSE

In this world all Witches are required to allow Wizards to spank them at any time as there magic is uncontrollable otherwise and can even make them act less maturely or bratty

It is a requirement in Hogwarts to spank Witches after they have used a spell in class to make sure there magic doesn't get out of control

Witches get a magic spanking implement that works best for them and best at controlling their magic after they are sorted each is unique like there wand and they are required to allow any Wizard to use the implement to spank them

Hogwarts is a university and first years are all 18 years old with each year being how ever much older up to seventh years who are 24 years old

Wizards are sorted as normal but witches follow a different criteria as the sorting hat chooses what kind of spanking implement would make them and there magic behave best

Gryffindor Witches: Wooden/Leather Paddle

Ravenclaw Witches: Cane/Switch

Hufflepuff Witches: Belt/Strap

Slytherin Witches: Hairbrush/bathbrush

Witches at Hogwarts usually find a wizard to help them and take over as there Personal Discipliner if they do they are required to do what ever that wizard says similar to a parent or guardian as they are giving up most of their personal authority to said Wizard this is the only way for a witch to get out of having to let everyone spank them there isn't a limit to how many witches my be under the authority of a single wizard as long as neither's grades suffer
