“Known? A lot time, really”

“Do you like boys?”

“Yes.” She said

“Any boy in particular?”

“Carson Lee.” Nicky admited “the football team quarterback”

“Dr Lee’s son… he’s very handsome.”

“I just… I know it’s never gonna work out.”

“Is that why you became the football team equipment manager?” Her mother asked.

“Yeah… I figured that would be the best way I could get close to him.”

Her mother put her hands on her shoulders.
