Doctor Elizabeth Director, head of Global Justice, is a Rule 63 (gender swap) version of Nick Fury, head of S.H.I.E.L.D., complete with eye patch over her right eye. (Her brother Sheldon, head of the World-wide Evil Empire (WEE) has a patch over his left eye.)

She may be in her early middle ages, but Betty Director is still in top shape. Tough, smart, and dedicated to her work in canon. Most fanfiction presents her in the same light, although there are always the dark conspiracy stories where Global Justice is the source of all evil on earth and Dr. Director is Satan in drag.

Ignoring the conspiracy rubbish Betty Director has no canonical romantic interests. She probably is presented as lesbian more often than not in fanfiction and Ann Possible, Ron's mom, Shego, and Kim are frequent partners. A surprising number of writers also like the Betty Director and Vivian Porter pairing. Ron Stoppable or Will Du might be her most common fanon male sex partners, with Will sometimes being reduced to the role of boy toy. And you don't have to look too hard to find her paired with Steve Barkin.
