Chapter 7 by TheArchitect TheArchitect

Maybe the answer comes later.

Beth moves deeper into the hall.

So far, there was not much Beth was committed to doing about her situation. Her naked body was feeling a little cold, especially around her sensitives, but there was no real hurry. Moving a few shelves into the row revealed a few more doors and some supposedly passable white blinds along the wall to her sharp sight. They could not all lead to the same place, and the girl realized that getting out of the pavilion may be the very beginning of the adventure.

"First, I get something for traveling over the floor. Something unconventional, because clothes are a trap. Oh, nevermind." — Beth said when she spotted a rug in the middle of a group of wardrobes. — "Some more climbing and then uh... I can check out the each door and have the rug as my resting point that I can use any... What was that noise?"

Beth peeked over the shelves and saw another girl standing by the wall. She did not stay still for long and immediately turned towards it, trying to push an imaginary door open, but there was just solid surface. Needless to say, she was as naked as Beth was, but her hair was pink unlike Beth's brown.

"I've seen that scene. One step, and the walls refuse to let you back where it's warm. Then you run to whatever's the closest." — unlike the previous thoughts, these were not said out loud. Beth's presence was still a secret to the newly arrived, and she wanted to play this card well. — "She's up that green locker. Catching her breath."

"Who's talking?" — a distress-filled voice filled the hall, catching Beth mid-breath.

"No, she did not spot me. Still looking around. Because that was her second voice approaching her for the first time. Would be harder for me to keep stealthy if I was the one with pink hair."

In a minute, Beth felt safe enough to look out again. The pink-hair was already holding a pair of boots. They were pale green with multiple floral prints. Extending to her thighs, they had a 2-inch decorated platform and approximately 7 to 8 inches of moderately thin heel. These were the details that Beth could see from a distance of fifty yards.

"Don't put them on! They won't open without a key! Hi! I'm Beth. Let's escape together!" — the observing girl was thinking. — "It makes sense to do that. But it w_on't be_ quite as thrilling as some other idea I have in mind."

A subtle smile crossed Beth's face as she heard two subsequent snaps and the unsuspecting girl's muttering:

"These are nice. And warm. But, umm, I'm not really used to anything except my converses. Huh?"

"Don't turn away, let me see how it feels. You are already trapped in the boots, and I want to see it in your eyes. The realization."

"Umph... Oh no... But... But I've seen some keys there, one of them should fit."

"Probably not. Shouldn't be that simple."

"They do look good. They feel good so far as well, but I haven't tried walking yet."

"She's getting distracted now, I think it is time to get closer."

Seems like Beth has a plan.
