Considering that the early ancestors of humans and the Cretaceous Period is spread apart by a 65 million years or so, you didn't actually expect there to be any goddamn dinosaurs. This could complicate matters quite a bit, especially since the humans of this world have seemed to find a way to tame them. While that is a problem, they're mostly using them as vacuum cleaners, trash bins, and construction tools, and the dinosaurs just kind of seem to go along with it, because "Eh, it's a living."

Other than the dinosaurs and the saber-tooth tigers this place seems like a cakewalk.

Dinosaurs could be an interesting ace to have up your up sleeve for conquering other worlds.
