Becky makes a poisonous bomb

It was eerie and uncomfortable for Liv just sitting there in the caves, listening to the echoed barks and howls of the Gnolls and the sounds of Becky's alchemy, sizzling and burning. They were actually decently exposed here, now that she took the time to consider their location. If a Gnoll or two managed to sneak up on them, the pair would be in a lot of trouble.

Glancing back at Becky, Liv realized the other woman had put on a mask, and goggles which she had produced from somewhere, presumably to protect her from the fumes of whatever she was mixing. Liv idly wondered if she should be wearing one again, but assumed Becky would have let her know if she should. Then again... with how distracted Becky could get, maybe she had just forgotten.

The minutes passed by until Becky's mixing and stirring finally fell silent. "Okay, let's do this." Becky said, her fingers wrapped around a vial of deeply purple liquid.

"Do I finally get to know what's going on?" Liv asked, leaning against the wall. For all her genius, Becky could really get on her nerves some times.

"Oh, right. I guess I didn't tell you... sorry about that." Becky said. Her eyes lit up as she looked down at the vial of liquid in her hands. "This is gonna take care of everything. That little mushroom guy can be distilled into one of the most toxic gasses you can find in the Four Kingdoms. All we have to do is throw this in there and those Gnolls are done for."

"Lucky we happened to stumble across it then." Liv said. She felt a little bit suspicious at the turn of luck, but figured she trusted Becky enough to believe in it. "I guess its time we get through that door, then."
