Becky and Liv take out the guards in sync

Becky lunged forward, wrapping her arm around the Gnoll's snout to stifle any noise it might make as the paralytic dagger drove into its back. The Gnoll tensed up, trying to move to strike at Becky, but the poison was far too potent and far too quick. It was only a moment before the Gnoll's muscles seized up, and he fell to the ground twitching. In another moment, Becky had him pinned to the ground with her knee and finished him off.

Liv took out the othe guard even faster. All it took was for her to see the knife slide into the Gnoll's back, and she pulled the trigger. The shot rang true, and the second Gnoll fell from his post.

Liv and Becky met just out of view of the mouth of the cave.

"Smooth shooting as always," Becky smiled at her.

"That went as well as it could have. Should we press on?" Liv asked. "I'm sure we can handle a bit more scouting. If the rest of the Gnolls are this stupid, we'll have no problem clearing them out with just us two."

Becky frowned. Even if they didn't attack any more Gnolls, they barely knew anything about the hideout so far.
