Be a movie star

"Well, if I can do anything, then why not have some serious fun to make up for this shitty day. I've always thought about working in special effects for movies since that has so much cool computer tech, but with this power I could actually star in a movie!?"

"You would like to be the lead actor in a movie?" asked the voice.

"Yeah," said John, feeling more impulsive than usual.

Suddenly, John was standing in a courtroom, fully healed. A film crew lined one wall and several actors milled about, dressed as bailiffs, jurors, and a judge. They all seemed to be repeating things over and over, probably rehearsing their lines. John looked down at himself and saw he was in a business suit.

"What's going on?" he thought to himself.

"It is a courtroom drama," said the voice, seemingly from inside his head. 'You are the noble attorney fighting for a town where the union is being **** to disband.'

"That sounds boring," said John under his breath. "Do I at least have a hot costar?"

"No, the writer wanted his film to be true to life, so there are no action scenes and no romance. Only realistic courtroom procedure."

John scratched his head. 'That's not much fun. I want to be in a much better movie with a hot actress!'

"Could you please be more specific?" said the voice.
