"Well this is quite the break through, I'm also happy you came in today for John."

"Of course! And sorry John baby, I didn't mean to hijack this session like that." Lilith sat back down next to John.

"No problem." Was all that John could muster.

"No need for apologies, this is all part of the process. But I do think there is one more thing we need to address for John."

John eyes shot open wide as he feared the doctor would tell her his 'secret'. Not that it was a secret, because that would mean it had to be true. And it definitely wasn't true. Not true. not one bit.

"What's that?" Lilith asked, eager to help.

"Well, as you know from your experiences, it can cause quite a bit of trouble for someone if they suppress they're sexual urges."

"Absolutely" Lilith nodded.

"So I think it's important for John to explore his sexuality. In a safe environment of course."

"Yes. Totally." Lilith turned to John. "Baby, explore all you want! You don't have to hide anything from me! But it is very important to be safe."

"Yes. And no place is safe than home." Dr Valentine continued.

"Yes. Wait, what do you mean?" Lilith turned to the doctor.

"Well, the safest way to explore one's sexuality without risk is fantasizing. And I've found the best tool in aiding with fantasy is pornography."

"Porn? Porn is good?" Lilith was gobsmacked. She had nothing against porn, even watched it occasionally, but she never thought she would hear a doctor recommend it.

"Absolutely. It allows one to gauge what they like and don't like without having to engage with other partners. It's virtually risk free."

"So John should watch porn?"

"Yes, but I suggest not using a computer to do it. You never know what viruses or malware are on those sites."

"Of course" Lilith nodded along.

"I believe there's an adult DVD store near here."

"Yes, well" Lilith felt awkward. "The thing is this is a rather puritan county still. You know the whole no booze on Sunday and everything. You can't buy porn here until you're 21 and John just turned 18."

"Well I guess that means you'll have to buy it for him."

"Right" Lilith reluctantly agreed.

"And it's very important we don't judge his selection. Everything is part of the path of self discovery. Double so for sex."

"Right. No judgements."

"Great. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to wrap things up with John alone before we end today."

"Of course. I'll just be waiting outside. Bye. And thanks again for everything." Lilith gathered her purse and step outside the office.
