Back in your office

"Ms. Morgan has returned," your receptionist tells you as you lead soccer star Alex Morgan into your office, eager to see if she has a signed contract for you.

"Here's your signed contract, John," she tells you as she hands it to you, then goes to sit on your couch, which is when you notice that she has come to your office in uniform.

"Yeah...sorry about that...I need to go straight to my next game from here," she tells you, blushing a little when she thinks about how silly it probably looks that she is in your office in her (admittedly tight-fitting) soccer uniform.

Seizing the opportunity to not only work with her, but perhaps other members of the US soccer team as well, you jump at the chance to ask her if you can attend the game.

"Of course you can John!" she tells you, her eyes shining as she grabs your hand and places a ticket to the game in it, "I was going to ask you if you didn't bring it up first. You know, I think I can get you a few of the other girls, too."

You knew of one name in particular, of course, that you wanted to work with, but you don't mention it out loud for fear that you might jinx any luck you might have with signing her.

So you walk out of the office with Alex and head to the game, wondering what this unexpected detour might bring you.
