Awakening

Nathan sighed quietly stretching out as best as he could in the small booth. Moving to face the ceiling he took a deep breath relaxing himself before he slowly looked to where Harmony was to see her curled up in a corner.

Nathan could see that some of her makeup was clearly stained onto her face by her tears. Harmony trembled in her sleep clearly not used having a nightmare of some kind and by the trembling and now audible whimpering she was clearly scared if not downright terrified.

Looking around Nathan sighed weighing his options before drawing his wand and beginning to inscribe a sigil on the door to the booth before the door locked and the windows blackened hiding the inside of the booth from the rest of the train.

Looking back at Harmony he laid a hand on her head before muttering some incantations he had seen other students muttering in the hallways slowly forming a psionic link between himself and Harmony.

Waking up he could see a blond little girl laughing and smiling screaming with joy with a woman much older than her that looked similar to her probably her mother before there was a flash red and the woman fell.

The girl watched in horror as her mother fell screaming loudly and begging her mother to not leave her as the mother tried to comfort her daughter. The dream then transitioned to the girl with an older man standing behind watching her like a hawk looking closely you could recognize the man as Silas Ashcroft head of the Ashcroft family one of the four elite wizarding families.

As you watched you saw the girl practicing incantations obviously she was struggling all the while Silas watched with disappointment as the girl tried again and again to levitate a small feather. Before failing once more Silas became angry yelling at the girl who soon began quietly cry as she was verbally scolded by Silas.

You wanted to reach out and help her taking a step forward only for the dream to seemingly freeze at your action. The girl sat frozen in tears only she was aging and growing as the dream changed before in front of you sat a much older Harmony with Silas yelling at her once more the only difference was that now she didn’t cry instead choosing to bow her head. But then she looked up and saw you staring into your eyes her soft brown eyes seemingly crying out for help you could see pain and suffering like your own.

Then the dream faded away and there stood Harmony in a dark room just you and her. She looked at you once more before speaking. “Well you saw my memories you stupid mutt so go on go ahead make fun of me call me weak call me stupid say that I am disgrace to the Ashcroft family do your worst!” Harmony yelled causing you to flinch as she finished her tears hitting the floor.
