Ava confesses

Pablo released the bonds that were holding Ava to the chair. "Now tell me, why are you here? What is your mission?"

"I was sent to infiltrate the cult" Ava began, tears still running down her cheeks. "My mission was to assassinate Moreno." She knew once she divulged this, there was no going back, but the thought of having another tooth pulled was too much for her to overcome.

"See how simple that was? You could have saved yourself a lot of agony had you just told me in the first place" Pablo chided her. "Tell me, will they be sending someone else if they know you failed?" He still held up the forceps which contained Ava's freshly pulled tooth as a reminder to her.

"Yes. More than likely the agency will send someone else." Ava was now a full blown traitor to the agency.

"Who will they send?" Pablo prodded her.

"More than likely it would fall to Agent Ghost. She and I are the best assassins in the Agency." Now Pablo knew everything. She knew her fate was unsure. What would Pablo end up doing with her?

"Tell me about Agent Ghost" Pablo continued his inquiry. "What does she look like?"

"She's the best sniper we have, but she is second to me when it comes to other methods of assassination. She's tall, and what would be called a corn silk blond with black eyes. She's built a lot like me body wise. She's a creature of habit, and a seductress." Ava knew she did the wrong thing, but she felt like she had no choice. "Just send me somewhere where I won't be found. Please, I beg of you."

"Oh, I'll send you somewhere all right" Pablo caressed the side of Ava's face. "But I'm going to use you as bait first. Agent Ghost will be under orders to rescue you, I'm sure. Having captured both of the Agency's most valuable assassins would be a prize indeed. She's wanted for taking out some very high value targets. I'm going to break both of you. And I'm going to have fun doing it. Then, perhaps I will let you both carry out your mission. The cult needs a new leader. Moreno is weak, and thinks more about breeding new members than recruiting them. And since your mission will have been a success, I may even let you both return to the Agency as double agents."
