Aunt Debbie is mad

The car door opened and Aunt Debbie stepped out. Much to Lauren's chagrin and Jade's amusement, Debbie did not look happy at all.

"Lauren!" Debbie shouted as she marched towards the naked, filthy, and smelly young woman, recoiling a bit from the smell as she narrowed her eyes at her neice. "What's this I hear about you lettin' the mule into the garden?!"

"Well, I -"

"If that mule messed up my violets, I'll -" Debbie began before looking over at the garden, screaming in horror as she saw the trampled half-eaten flower bed. "My prize Blue Ribbon Winners!"

"Aunt Debbie! I didn't know that the mule -"

"You WILL make this up to me, Lauren!" Debbie spat angrily, "But we'll talk about this later. Right now, I gotta get dinner started before Mr. Greene and his boys get here!"

"W-who are they?" Lauren stammered.

"Mr. Greene is the head hancho of the town newspaper, who Mama fancies." Jade explained.

"I ain't ashamed of admitting that I like Charles." Debbie said with a blush. She then turned to Lauren and added with a glare, "And I wanna make this work out, so don't embarrass us like you did my sister!"

"And when you say 'boys', do you -"

"His two sons around your age. They work with the local news station." Debbie replied, "In fact, I was able to get Charles over by suggesting they cover our farm as a human interest piece. They'll be bringing cameras and everything."

Lauren's eyes widened. Cameras?!

"And talking of which," Debbie began as she turned to Jade, "I need you to give your cousin a good scrubbing, Jade. There's tomato juice in the back of the truck, and some gloves and old horse brushes in the shed. Scrub Lauren until that smell is gone or until her skin peels off, whichever comes first!"

"Will do, Mama." Jade said with a smirk.

"W-wait!" Lauren stammered, looking between the two. "Can't I just go inside and take a bath?"

"And bring that smell into my house? Hell no!" Debbie spat as she turned and headed towards the house to get started on dinner. "Take as long as you need to to remove that smell! Ask some of the farm hands to help if you need to!"

Lauren gulped as she turned to Jade, her cousin giving her an evil smirk.
