Attacked by Roadhog

The 19 year old Korean gamer was ready for her new mission. She had a few repairs and upgrades to her gaming computer back home she needed to make, and this mission would fulfill that wish. Of course, the rest of the team doubted her, as a bright pink mech plastered with various brands and advertising didn’t exactly scream intimidating, but there seemed to be no stopping her.

Mei, Brigitte, Tracer and Mercy would be her team for this mission.

Earlier as Brigitte and D.va were patrolling the street, her loud exclamation of getting a new high score was met with a surprised and slighty annoyed grimace from the Armor-wearing girl. “I know this is kind of boring but you should take this seriously! We don't know when we could get attacked!”

D.Va had a serious thing about people doubting her usefulness, so it’s not surprising that her mech quickly turned to her teammate and the young Korean inside of it threw a bit of a tantrum. “H-Hey! It isn’t my fault this is such a big bore, I could do this whole thing by myself!”

"Are you sure you could handle this yourself, Hana? Wouldn't you get distracted and get ambushed?"

D.va took this personal, she couldn't handle very well the fact that a team mate of hers was doubting her responsability so she answered "Of course I could do it! You can return to the base and I'll assure you that we're gonna be fine!"

While Brigitte didn't trust D.va completely to leave her alone on their job, the sound of returning to the base and resting was very tempying. So she let D.va prove her wrong with the condition that she would call them if something was wrong.

D.va responded saying that even if something attacked, she would be able to hold them back herself.

Two hours have past since Brigitte had left for the base and D.va was more focused on playing her game than patrolling, she figured that if Brigitte wasn't there to bother her then she could relax and play.

Unfortunately for her, she was about to get proven wrong as an explosion happened near. And before the Korean gamer had a chance to react, she felt a fully charged explosive strucking her mech in the back and blasted it across the street, breaking down trees and leaving giant holes in hedges in its wake until she collided with the wall which made her get fired out of her mech!

When she woke up after the quick attack, she was please and surprise that her mech seemed barely even scratched. Besides an occasional dent and a little expense to the paintwork, the mech was perfectly fine. There was only one problem: Her bodysuit was hooked!

D.va couldn't see or hear anything from whoever attacked her but she was sure: That damned duo of Roadhog and Junkrat must have been behind this!

Despite her earlier words, she knew she couldn't handle this alone. If she tried to get inside her mech, its unmistakable sounds would give away her position and chances are that her attacker would drag her to them.
