What do you do?
Appproach Mom
You run up the stairs of your porch. Your mom looks up from her newspaper, looks you up and down, and says, "JoJo?"
You quickly explain your situation. Your mom listens intently, and chuckles numerous times. "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" she asks when you finish.
"If I go change, I'll miss the bus. Could you drive me?"
"Sweetie, this is my day off," she replies, "If you miss the bus, that's your problem."
As you go past her grumbling, she stops you and says, "But remember that only bad little babies miss school. And bad little babies get punished."
Is she saying you have to go to school like this?
