Anna's the boss now

Instantly Anna noticed that the bathroom was different. Not necessarily better or fancier, it just looked different.

"That's weird," said Anna. "Why would the bathroom change?"

She looked around and noticed herself in the mirror. Her outfit had changed again. Now she was wearing a dark gray dress suit, with a super short skirt, a white blouse and a jacket, all perfectly fitted to show off her curves. It wasn't the comfortable t-shirt and jeans from when she was a programmer, but it was nice. She had to admit she looked great in it.

Anna left the bathroom and immediately a man ran up to her. She almost flinched, but instead of instantly jabbering at her, he stopped short and waited. They both stood there silently until Anna cautiously said, "Hi? Do you... need something?"

"Yes, Ms. Mei. I have that report you wanted." The young man, who she'd never seen before, looked down and demurely held out a file.

"Oh. Um, thank you." Anna took the file and looked it over. It looked like another project report, but weirdly, the project was much bigger than anything she thought her company could handle. The young man walked away and Anna skimmed the report as she walked down the hall. When she got to the end of the hall, she looked up.

Anna looked out the window and almost fell over from vertigo. A moment ago she'd been in a one story building in a fairly industrialized town, but she was looking out the 50th story window of an office building in a massive city.

"What the frack!" said Anna.

She stared out the window for a moment, then out of the corner of her eye she saw Marcus walk by. A familiar face! She turned and followed him. They walked into the main office area, which was full of cubicles full of busy workers. Okay, at least it was still a software development company. It even seemed to have the same basic layout. She headed in the direction where her desk had been. Well, the new one she had as John's assistant. She hoped she could still find it.

She did, but John was sitting there. That seemed weird, until she looked at the door. There was a plaque labeled "Anna Mei: Owner and CEO".

"Oh my god!" whispered Anna in a high pitch.

John bolted to his feet. "Did you need something, ma'am?"
