Perhaps looking within the worlds that you seek to conquer for a right hand may not be the best strategy.

With that in mind, you begin to look to the far east of the cartoon multi-verse and see a selection of worlds they go underneath the tagline anime.

Many of these worlds have overwhelmingly powerful beings that could be of great use to your cause, however, that again there are some that are rather… Stupid.

You must take caution in which worlds that you choose to select your henchman from for some of them are overpowered and overly stupid.

With that in mind, you immediately search through and pull up three worlds on your monitors.

1: one piece: this world appears to be stuck in the age of sailing and is ruled by a tyrannical government known as the world government, but all hope is not lost is there are many different outlaw pirates that oppose it. It may be possible to recruit, an agent of the world government or possibly a pirate as both would have their reasons to join you if you explain your purpose.

2: Naruto: ninjas? Entire nations of this world made up of ninjas? All of whom have overwhelming power that can destroy the entire continent if they train enough? While it may be tempting to recruit some of the inhabitants from this world it comes at **** risk for you explained the source of your powers to one of the female ninjas that exist in this world may not end well for you.

3: Dragon Ball: okay this is uhh… Well fuck. This entire world is full of overpowered and insanely strong individuals, all of whom you could blow up a planet with a single punch. Recruiting from this selection of worlds may be rewarding; it comes at an extremely high risk. For any one of these individuals has the abilities equal to an atomic bomb. So, some discretion is highly advised.
