Chapter 46
by Suvinceus
An hour passes...
Angela vs. Starr
"I hope you enjoyed that funky little number. Now, concerning the Warlords's master plan, they somehow have the Corporate Crooks from Old Town, and the Rogues from Hell's Kitchen on their side. Lately, the Savage Huns, the Hi-Hats, and the Shamrocks were ordered by those gangs to try and lay waste on our Crescent Moons and Gamers, since they temporarily split from the Warriors. Unfortunately, it seemed that they, too, were eliminated, and now that the Warriors, the Crescent Moons, and the Gamers are in Union Square, they're probably gonna have to start manning up. Until then, keep on boppin'."
"Swan! Over here!" Slattery called out as the Crescent Moons and Gamers showed up, causing Swan and the Warriors to take notice.
"We meet again, Slattery." the warchief said.
"Lisa, are you and your friends allright?" Rembrandt asked.
"We're okay, although Hoagie sustained a wound on one of his legs from the Shamrocks's leader. Fortunately, Michael's done for." Lisa replied, as she pointed at Hoagie's left upper thigh, bandaged by Amy's hair ribbon.
"So that explains why Amy's hair is down of all of sudden." Cowboy added.
"Yeah, I had to improvise." the redhead said, nodding.
"So, we ready to find more allies of the Warlords and Rogues?" Pacman asked.
"I hear Angie's got some bad blood with the Lizzies; man, Vermin and I once got it on with Starr and a friend of hers, but went after us and cut Rembrandt's arm. Luckily, I used a headband of mine to patch the sucka up." Cochise replied.
"That was last month, when the Riffs thought we killed Cyrus. But the past is the past, and we're much more focused on our quest to seek Mercy." Swan said.
Suddenly, a distant voice began speaking.
"So you're saying we're gonna get rid of those Warriors and their friends? Because the Warlords say so?"
"Yeah, the Corporate Crooks wanted in on that, too."
"And let's not forget Angela; some bitch she was when she left us."
Angela took notice and eavesdropped on the conversation, which took place in an abandoned subway train: it happened to belong to a few of the Lizzies, which was the gang that she was once a part of!
"Shit, it's those slimeballs I told you about! What now?" the blonde asked.
"I suggest you confront them; that way, you'd put them in their place before we move on." Berlin replied.
"Allright then, I'm going in there. You guys wait until I give you the signal." Angela said before she began to approach the Lizzies.
Starr and a few of her fellow Lizzies had already conversed about confronting Angela, as well as following the Warlords and Rogues's plans to destroy the Warriors, Gamers and Crescent Moons. She once called the blonde and tried to get her to rejoin the Lizzies, but she declined, which greatly disappointed her.
"Starr, long time no see! Where have you been?" the Crescent Moon asked as she sauntered her away inside the abandoned train.
"Angie...you never change do you? You still pledge your allegiance to those Crescent Moon shitheads?" the Lizzies's leader asked.
"Yeah, I still am, duh. So, how's it going?" Angela asked.
"The Warlords and Crooks convinced us to find you and your friends; besides, you're never gonna see that bitch again." Starr replied, before proceeding to take out her switchblade knife and aimed it straight at the Crescent Moon.
The platinum blonde immediately yelled, "Moons!" and within seconds, the rest of the Crescent Moons, as well as the Gamers and Warriors, rushed over to her.
"Girls, deal with these assholes; I'm staying here with Angie." the brunette leader said, and the four Lizzies went over to the three gangs, leaving Angela alone with her own worst enemy.
Two of the Lizzies took hold of Amy and Lisa by the throat, aiming their switchblades at their necks. As the two girls pleaded to be spared, Berlin snuck up from behind and attacked the Lizzie that was holding the redhead hostage by kneeing her in the back.
The first Lizzie turned around and was given a few punches to the face, as well as a series of kicks, leaving her on the ground, stunned from the attacks. The second Lizzie, on the other hand, was taken by surprise when the short-blonde stomped at one of her feet, and the Lizzie broke her hold on her.
"Usually we don't fight the opposite sex, but we might as well make an exception. Spray 'em, Rembrandt!" Cochise replied, before Rembrandt greeted the second Lizzie with spray paint to the face.
Amy then performed an armbar on the second Lizzie, and kicked her in the head. However, the third Lizzie had put Berlin in a chokehold, but the brunette was able to improvise by slamming her opponent onto the side of the train, breaking her grip.
Delores and the last of the four Lizzie henchmen had shared kicks with one another, but the blonde was overwhelmed by the fourth Lizzie's attacks, and was nearly stabbed. Fortunately, the Lizzie was doubleteamed by Slattery and Swan, and was given a big blow to the head and torso.
Meanwhile, Angela and Starr were neck in neck, sharing punches with each other until the blonde Crescent Moon was able to snatch the switchblade from the leader's hands. She stabbed at her shoulder, prompting her to screech and the Crescent Moon gave her a spinning kick, sending her to the ground.
Just as the blonde was about to stab her again, the Lizzies's leader exclaimed, "Allright! Allright! Don't kill me, okay?! Jesus fucking Christ!"
"Really? So you're gonna admit defeat?" Angela asked.
"Yeah...we are. But you sure as hell ain't gonna survive the Robbery Elite; they've already taken Harlem hostage under the Warlords and Rogues's orders." Starr replied.
"Fuck you, we're gonna get past those idiot wannabe burglars!" Carabello yelled as he helped his blonde friend up.
"So, as I said before, we're heading for Harlem. Since the Lizzies have already been wasted, we might as well get the hell outta here." Slattery said.
"Wait!" Starr called out, and Angela took notice, before the Lizzies's leader said, "I'm sorry. You deserve to be in a gang that treats you with respect; I was foolish not to give you the same respect as Slattery."
"Thanks, Starr. Let's keep it that way!" the blonde Crescent Moon said with a wink, before the Crescent Moons, the Warriors, and the Gamers headed for Harlem.
At Harlem...
