Andrew uses subterfuge

Wanting to provide as little information about ‘Andrea’s’ existence as possible, Andrew made his way down a back alley out of sight from the car, from where he could enter his home through the back door.

After waiting for a little while, Andrew heard Brian’s car start up and pull away, and let out a relieved sigh before making his way back to his home.

Andrew was aware of a brand new problem, however; with his Mom being home, the chances of being caught were exponentially high, and so he would have to extra careful to avoid detection.

With the skill of a ninja, Andrew unlocked the back door, stepped inside his kitchen, and locked the door behind him, his high heels in hand as he crept up to the kitchen door and gently opened it a crack to peek out.

He could not see nor hear anything, and with all the lights being off Andrew assumed his mother had gone to bed and breathed another sigh of relief, before making his way to the darkened living room to take a breather.

Plonking himself down in a chair, he was unaware of the dim glow of a tablet across the room from him.
