As I was listening to the conversation I focused and looked straight into Caren's eyes. I wanted her to apologize. I felt the heat, the wave went from my head, through my body to the finger the ring was on.

• "I am sorry Mis, I will fix your order in no time." Said Daphne to an angry customer.
• "I am tired of wasting my time on you and your incompetence." She replied angrily. But then her eyes glowed pink for a second.
• "I am terribly sorry, It will only take a second."
• "You know what, It's ok. I lost my temper for a moment, I am really sorry for that. I am fine with the order as it is." My magic must have worked because she actually changed her mind and apologized.
• "Oh, umm, of course, here you go." Daphne handed the angry customer her bag and watched her leave content.
• "Wow, Daphne, you really handled that." I said.
• "Hah, I guess I survived that."

The situation got saved and no one even noticed I had to do with it. "This ring comes in handy." I thought. "I wonder what else can I do with it."
