An unknown meeting

"Huh?! Where am I?" Issei looks around and saw nobody, it is just an empty white void.

And for some reason, he is naked and his body is glowing white. He can barely see his shape figure.

"Greetings Pervert one,"

A voice suddenly said which spooks Issei.

"W-whos there?" He looks around to see no one at all which terrifies him.

"Worry not, you are merely asleep and I decided that we would have a simple chat,"

"W-who are you?" Understandably, he is a bit wary of this unknown voice.

"As I said, you are in no harm and are merely in a dream state, I simply wish to speak with you, though for your question. You could say that I have something to do with your power."

"Y-you, you're my Sacred Gear?" Issei thought, that's what Rias and Sona called his Written Ownership is.

"Hmmmm, not quite, I am something different, let's just say it is amusing to see how you use the Written Ownership as you called it now,"

"Uhhh, Ok?"

"Do not be worry, I have no caring for what you do nor the moral implication on controlling the will and rights of the property and mind, it is ever entertaining seeing you playing with the female kind."

Ok, with the way he says it, it just sounds bad, which to be fair, it is kinda true.

"But enough of that, I am simply here to state that my power is more than meets the eye."

"What?" Ok, now he is confusing, what is the guy(?) talking about.

"Let's just say that you haven't seen the full extent of what you can do with it. Do not think that it merely controls the minds, or at least be a bit broader in your imagination, as you may found on your surface,"

"And so, I do hope you manage to traverse the obstacle you may be facing to maintain your neutrality,"

And so, a bright flash of light envelops the boy as he is back on the realm of reality.

"Gyaaah!!" Issei falls off the bed as he woke up. Groaning, he rubs his aching head.

"What the hell was that about?!"
