Now, what kind of guy are you?

An average guy named Joe

So you're Joe, a 20-year-old shorter-than-average, slightly introverted guy who prefers life to be casual. You look at life with an artist's eye but haven't yet managed to translate that into any sort of career. So you're sat here on a weekday lunchtime in this mediocre coffee shop on the edge of the university district taking a break from job hunting, again. Actually, if truthful you probably spend more time on breaks than the hunting, but if this rule book is as powerful as it seems like it might be then things might just be looking up for once.

How powerful actually is it though? What is the limit to the changes you can make? Glancing out the window you see a young blonde woman about to come in. Thinking quickly, you move to the top of the next page and write a new heading: "The world" and below that a rule you will use to quickly test the book's power.
