Ava scanned her surroundings. To the left was a populated street with civilians starting to run out of the bar. To the right the alley continued, wrapping around the outside of the building. She jumped as a loud metallic bang sounded behind. With her gun drawn she turned to see the Raven wedge a long metal pipe between the ground and the service door.

"That'll cover us for a minute, but we gotta get the fuck outta here," explained Crawford.

If they went left, they could blend in with the crowd and find a car to help them escape. But that ran the risk of running into any henchmen watching the front door in case they managed to escape. If they went right, they would definitely avoid any more assassins waiting for them. But that also ran the risk of running into a dead end.
