An accident occurs

I opened up my laptop, pretending to type for homework. Meanwhile, I stole generous glances at Monica's fine ass. She had her hands pressed against the inside of her legs, as she was groaning in pain. "No," she said meekly. And then she grunted, "no I think I pulled a muscle. Help me up."

With great effort and groaning, I managed to pull her off the ground and set her on the couch. Her legs were still spread apart, because of the pain she was in. "Wow, this hurts, fuck," Monica cursed.

She did seem to be in pain. Considering I'm fairly familiar with these kinds of injuries, maybe I could help.
