An Amazon Prime show based on American Pie.

In late 2015 a new show is streamed on Amazon Prime, something kept quite secret until just before release, based on Nadia and her son Evan from the American Pie film series.

The series had grown stale, where fans enjoyed Shannon Elizabeth but the remaining original cast had grown too old or had moved on. Spin off movies were now the only film content released, but it was all based on new characters, with just a few visits from old characters.

The bigger names from the original film were now all but gone from any spinoffs, so it is time to move to a new format.

Shannon Elizabeth was at the time very open that she was now done with American Pie films, at least for now as that part of her character’s story had been told as much as a film could be told.

It is then quite a surprise when Amazon Prime releases advertisement for a new streaming series based on the Nadia character, with Shannon Elizabeth going on an interview tour to give it a push.

Now onto the show:

Nadia: An Amazon original.
