Amongst the green

Laying amongst the greens you shakily raise to your feet before stumbling to the spring. Lowering yourself inside you feel most of the sap that sticks to you washing away. Petra comes rushing over as the sound of splashing water fills the cavern.

“Petra!? Are you okay that was horrible! I’m so sorry I couldn’t-“

“It’s okay.” You say. “Yer a cleric, it’s not yer job.” She casts a basic healing spell before backing away slightly.

“I-I won’t tell Gilly anything. Let’s keep it a secret.”

You nod in appreciation. After a few minutes Gilly comes running back.

“Hey! I heard some weird noises somewhere in the cave and wandered off to find them!”

“Did you see anything?” Petra says.

“No way too echoey! I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Anyhow what were we doing before I left?”

“Not important, we should get back to town. It’s probably getting dark.”
