All the residents are drawn to the mansion to be used as slaves

Xander enters his cell along with Buffy, Dawn, and Amy, and the next cell along is Willow, Anya and Giles.

After an hour of waiting in their cells like wild animals, a figure appears at the top of the stairs, a women's figure, as the mystery women makes her way down the stairs, it is clear to the gang who it is.

Giles: "dear lord, it can't be, she is meant to be in L.A prison for the next decade"
