When Alexandra figured out she'd won she grinned broadly and waved as the crowd applauded her. From your place on the stage you could saw she had only eyes for you. Turning to the coach, you raised a brow. "Do I go to her now?" you asked.

"Hey, it's her money, she gets to decide" coach said. Shrugging you went down the stairs leading down to the floor and walked over to Alexandra. You passed Dawn and Simone, who smiled at you. Well, Dawn smiled and Simone looked away with a blush on her cheeks. You joined Alexandra at her table and smiled.

"Congratulations are in order, I imagine" you said.

"Thank you" Alexandra said, smiling. "What can I get you?"

"Some rum will do" you said. Nodding, Alexandra got up and soon came back with your rum in one hand and wine in another.

"So, why did you bid on me?" you asked after she'd gotten back in her seat.

"I suppose so" you said. "Well, to our date" you said, raising your glass.

Alexandra smiled, raised her own glass, and took a sip.

"So, what do you think is waiting for you?" she asked.
