Alex Tries to Leave

Joe came scurrying back out to the table, a cloth in his hand, and quickly mopped up Alex's mess. It was at this time when Alex happened to look down at the floor and saw what his son was wearing.

"Are those heels?" Alex asked, staring.

"Yes, aren't they just darling?" Joe said, sounding effeminate, even though he still had his own male voice. "I recently picked them up at the shoe store downtown. I wanted to dress up a little for our dinner tonight."

"Uh ... yeah, sure. They're nice," Alex said. It was happening again! Joe was changing, and by the look of it, he was becoming female. He had to get out of there!

Alex tried to stand up, but Tina made that impossible. She still had her hand down his pants. "Hey, big guy. Where do you think you're going?" she asked.
