Does Kasumi agree to the pat down?

Kasumi does as instructed stepping into the center of the ring with her arms out to the side and a determined look on her face not wanting to show a lack of confidence in front of her opponent.
Gen-Fu approached Kasumi initially patting down her sides under her arms, reaching down to her waist and down her legs to her feet. Patting back up either sides of her right leg he briefly traced the outline of her panties before returning to the bottom of her left leg and gently stroking his way up her left leg and thigh back to her panties where his hands lingered for a little longer than necessary.
