Accident with Hermine

Talking gleefully, Ron, Hermine, and I walk into the Potions classroom in the dungeon. We seem to be the first, because in the dark room, where it hisses dangerously from one of the cauldrons here and there, there is nobody except a very fat elderly man in an emerald-green robe.

"Good morning Professor Slughorn“ Hermine calls out happily.

Professor Slughorn, who has his back to us, winces briefly and almost knocks over a cauldron as he tries to turn quickly in our direction. He looks at us three with a happy smile.

"Good morning Ms. Granger, morning Mr. Weasley and good morning Harry. Nice that you are already there, have a Seat” he says in a friendly tone, keeping Ron’s greeting very monotonous.

"Oh Harry and Ms. Granger, I would like to invite you to one of my little meetings tomorrow evening at 8:00 p.m. and yes Harry, I don't take a no" he says with a smile after seeing my negative reaction.

Then, when the three of us have taken our seats, more and more students slowly pour into the classroom and take their seats. When the class starts, it's time again for Hermine to answer all of Professor Slughorn's questions with flying colors.

"Nerd" say Ron and I like from one mouth. Hermine‘s face immediately turns noticeably redder due to our comment.

A short time later we are given the task of brewing a weak love potion. We spend about an hour doing this. Meanwhile, I chat with Dean and Ron about Quidditch. Moments later, when I am tossing a piece of double cornea into my potion, Hermine pushes me away from my potion. I look at her perplexed and she looks at me before a loud bang echoes through the dungeon and purple clouds that suddenly rise from my kettle envelop Hermine in smoke. I quickly get up and pull Hermine out of the haze without breathing.

"Hermine are you all right?" Asked slightly out of breath.

Hermine doesn't say anything, just looks deep into my eyes. I also look into her beautiful brown eyes, which suddenly literally glare at me. It feels like time has stopped when I get stuck with Hermine‘s gaze.

“Harry, Ms. Granger? Are you okay?” I hear Professor Slughorn and take my eyes off her. Standing next to me are Dean, Ron and the professor, looking at us with concern.

"I think so. Hermine come on say something" I beg her.

"Harry you have to be careful, that was the wrong skin" she finally answers in a slightly confused and fragile sounding voice.

"Wrong skin?" Goes through my head and I look at my place where the two-headed skin is still lying but the dragon skin is missing.

"Damn it, I threw the dragon skin into the potion" I say, perplexed.

“Ah Harry that's not good at all. It may be that it strengthened the potion and produced a strong love potion” says Professor Slughorn, eyeing Hermine.

"Hey Hermine, are you okay, how are you feeling?" Asks Ron worriedly and looks at his girlfriend.

“Oh, everything is fine. Nothing happened, I was just a little shocked" says Hermine suddenly again cheerfully.

At the same time she looks intensely and deeply into my eyes, which makes me doubt whether everything is really good. But before I can think any further, the lesson ends with the bell and all the students leave the classroom loudly. Ron, who has Hermine lightly in his arms, walks in front of me when suddenly a gentle hand touches my shoulder when leaving the classroom. As I turn I look into Ginny's pretty face.

"Hey Ginny" I say happily.

"Hey Harry, do you have some time for me" she asks, stroking the middle of my body seductively before taking my hand.

Slowly we break away from the crowd and move into an abandoned corridor in the dungeon. Before I can say anything, Ginny has already wrapped her arms around my neck and pushed her tongue down my throat.

"Life could be so beautiful" it goes through my head as I return the passionate kiss.
