What’s inside?
A woman and the talisman

When the capsule finally opened, The mystery of the mysterious life-form was brought to close. Inside was a young adult human woman. She was very beautiful and looks like she hasn’t aged in all this time. The four girls came up to the capsule with a cautious but otherwise an amazed look.
“This was quite unexpected, your thoughts ladies?” You asked the group.
“She is very beautiful.” Aayla spoke. “But what was the purpose of her imprisonment inside this capsule I wonder?”
“It could be she suffered a great injury or ailment. Often deep hibernation can heal such things.” Shaak Ti pondered.
“What’s that in her hand?” Ahsoka pointing down at the woman's right hand. It held onto a silver cylinder and had it gripped tight.
“A lightsaber, she’s a Jedi!” Barriss alerted. Before anyone acted, you raised your hand and everyone fell silent.
“Nobody is going to touch her.” You ordered.
Barriss objected. “Should we at least remove it from her? She could wake up an—“
“I’m more concerned about what’s around her neck than what’s in her hand.” You said.
As if they barely noticed it, the four women looked to the strange object that looked like it clung to her body. It was a gold talisman shaped like a giant bug with four ruby eyes. The sight of it alone was quite unnerving, but Ahsoka quickly formed together what you said earlier.
“Master, is that what you sensed before? How is it alive?”
You didn’t answer her, you stared deep into the ruby eyes of the talisman. The room suddenly became quiet and dark. Ahsoka and others disappeared. You felt alone until you heard a voice.
“Awakened at last.” Said the voice. A thick mist enveloped the space in front of you. A ghostly figure became more visible. An old man in noble dress and a cape stood and stared at you with dark orange eyes and pointed ears. Despite seeing a ghost.
“Do you not fear me boy?” The ghost said.
You were hardly afraid of a ghost. More like interested and surprised at what you saw.
“If you would be kind enough to introduce yourself at least?” You replied a little sarcastically.
“Karness Muur, the first lord of the sith. You must be strong in the ****. My very presence would shatter weaker minds.” The ghost stood there while you paced around the endless void.
“You are sith? Than we have much in common. I am Lord Vader.”
“So you are.” Karness spoke. “Than our order has survived.”
“In a way.” You commented. “Who is the girl?”
“Celeste Morne, a Jedi in possession of my talisman.” The spirit growled. His anger burned at the thought of her name. Now you had the identity of the woman. But you wanted to dig deeper. So far you have Karness drawn to your inquiries.
“How long has she had your talisman?” You ask.
“Too long, too long has she resisted my gift, my power! Instead putting herself in a stasis pod! Hoping to imprison the both of us forever.” Karness fumed with anger. “But now you have the talisman.”
“What do you mean?” You ask.
“If you killed the Jedi and took my talisman, imagine the power we could share together. The Jedi refused my generosity. But you could become the strongest sith of the galaxy.”
Karness held out his hand giving you his offer. An opportunity that many would be tempted by. You looked to Karness with an approving smile and held out your hand. The first Sith Lord laughed.
“Now my friend, your body shall bed mi—“ Karness had abruptly became unable to speak. The ghost than moved his hands to his neck. Karness face expressed a look of shock.
“ a...hhh.....hhhooowww?” He managed to say.
“This my friend is the result of your lust for power and you underestimating my own.” You said approaching the sith spirit. Your hand **** **** the already dead lord. “You thought you could tempt me into giving up my body. Sith are so predictable.”
“Hhhh....youuu—“ Karness hands clutched the ground.
“I lied, Isn't that what the sith do? it doesn't feel good when your own tricks are used against you.” You toy with the spirit some more. Finally releasing your grip on Karness who is grounded and weakened. “The truth is that your order is dead, the Sith and the Jedi are gone! And in there place...there is only me.”
The spirit tried to lift himself off the ground but to no luck. “I.....I can give you power, please spare me.” Karness begged.
“Power I have plenty of my friend, what I want is your knowledge. And when I obtain every thought, every memory you have...than you can finally Rest In Peace.”
The look on Karness’s face had no spark of doubt. He knew that his fate was sealed. For the first time he had no power. Only fear. You could see it, you could sense it, and it felt good to humble the oldest of the sith. You are the true master.
“You won’t be enslaving anyone else anymore... anything to say?” You ask before you held out your hand towards the ghost. Lightning began sparking at your fingertips.
“Please....mercy!!!” Karness cried. His terrified eyes looking strait at you.
You tried not to laugh. “You are sith, there is no mercy.”
