A woman and a man in a room screaming.

I didn't dream anything last night. Just blackness and more blackness. It seemed like seconds what went on for eight hours. Immediately remembering the picture on the TV, I opened my eyes wide quickly, and I saw something in my face. It looked like a middle-aged caveman, with a full beard and moustache.

Without hesitation, I screamed the loudest scream I ever screamed in my life. This time it wasn't like a man screaming while he was running away from zombies. It was like a little schoolgirl running away from a rat. But the person in my face did scream like a man running from hordes of zombies.

We would be screaming like that for ten seconds until I grab ahold of the lamp and trying to smash the head of the guy in my room. For a second there, I was oblivious of my nakedness (though I did cover it with my blanket) and felt like I was a zombie myself. I gain ahold of reality and looked at the intruder.

Still screaming I yelled, "What the heck you doing here?!"

"Please don't smash my head with that lamp!"

He spoke fluent English with a little hint of Korean. I remember I had the lamp up in the air aimed for the temple of my intruder. I looked at it and put it down. My rage subsided and I took my comforter, wrapped it around my body, covering my breasts, and sat down, trying to calm down.

"Sorry about that..."

"Hey, get out of here will you!" my rage erupting again. He runs away from the heighten decibels in the room and out the open door. I close it behind him in a slam.

Seconds later I realized what I had done, and felt a little bit lonely after that. Even though he came into the room with no means of getting in and he made me scream like I did in my room, I felt bad for him. I also felt that I could be chasing away one of my first contacts in this new life. Feeling a sense of regret I put on the sports bra and thong, as well as the white tee and track pants and tried to catch up with the intruder.
