A warlock and his demon cabal

You lie in wait under the surface like a crocodile, and your patience is eventually rewarded. Towards the end of the day, a wiry man in billowy longcoat and light leather armor stops beside your pond.

You leap out and fling a burst of water, only to watch a Spined Devil flicker into existence to take the hit.

This might prove trickier than you were prepared for.

The Devil flicks a volley of spikes at you, and you dodge only to get a faceful of hellfire from the warlock.

You recover with a growl and throw up a Bubble, scowling as the Devil nearly pops it in one attackas his master summons reinforcements.

You use Soft Baptism to heal, just in time for a second attack to collapse your Bubble. The fiend held back, only dealing enough damage to destroy your shield, grinning as a pair of Barghests moved to either side of him.

We'll see whose laughing in a moment.

You use **** Temperature to become Steam, then rapidly evaporate the water you draw forth from your pitcher to form a massive cloud around the fiends.

Your basic attack in Wind now, but it carries the Burn effect, which you exploit to weaken your enemies. They claw at you ineffectually as you buffet them into the stream, where they boil alive.

You turn to the warlock, only to see a giant, black-skinned afrit in his place. A wall of water makes short work of the Fire djinn, and you take off up the stream in search of the Devil Summoner.

You soon see him tear off up and away from your pond's position, and run out to intercept him on land. It's a long chase and you almost lose him a couple times, but finally you see him, stopped to draw a full-on Hellgate Portal.

A blast from of water slams him down before he finishes his summoning. He stares at you wide-eyed from where he collapsed.

"It's impossible for you to be this far from water."

"I'm a free spirit."

You summon much of your remaining water and seal him in a sphere, where he thrashes and twists for minutes until he finally despawns from his Drowning status.

You let the water fall to the earth, splattering trees and warping the carved summoning circle. You check Minimum Stats just to update your experience
