A stranger in the abyss

"My name is Elliyah, Angel of the Higher Existence".

The sweet voice says, looking at John with a twinkle in her eye and an innocent expression.

John on the other hand is stunned, looking upon the bare angel, showing everything she has without a care. He examines the self-proclaimed "angel" with a careful eye while thinking to himself, "Wow, her body is, amazing".

"Thank you, I chose this form in the hopes that it would ease your mind" Elliyah says out loud.

John is shocked, "Uhh... I... uhh... didn't say, anything".

The angel giggles, "I heard your internal voice, you complimented my form, so I thanked you".

John is stunned yet again as he asks, "Wait, you can... hear, my thoughts?".

"Yes, your inner voice. Every thought you have, I can hear. I supposed you would not know that since you are from Earth" Elliyah responds, her answer bringing more questions to John.

"Hold on, you know i'm from Earth?" John asks.

Elliyah nods, "I know everything that goes on in the world, from births, deaths, newcomers, every detail you can imagine I know of. I also know that you have slept with two women, one named Kyuala Mar'azu and the other called Talyisha Dremoné, twice with the elven goddess as you refer to her".

John blushes in embarrassment after hearing the blunt words of the angel, he looks down for a few seconds before asking, "Uhh... oookay, so... uhh... why am I here, exactly? Is this another vision?".

Elliyah shakes her head before explaining, "Not quite. You are still inside the crystal however, I have brought your astral form up here to speak with you".

"To speak to me? Wait, i'm not dead right?" John frantically asks which draws another giggle from Elliyah.

"You are very much still alive, but yes, I wished to speak with you. Now, I will answer any questions you may have after I am finished, but for now, listen to me".

Elliyah waves her hands and without warning, John is planted in a seat as the angel begins to explain, "Now, first off, why are you here? You are here because you are needed".

John is confused as she continues, "See, the first human who arrived here, he was... strange. Well, strange to this worlds standards anyway. His arrival, unbalanced the worlds nature".

Elliyah waves her hand again and a massive picture appears out of thin air, John looks and sees the entirety of Fucknowswhat as Elliyah continues, "His arrival set off something within the creatures that inhabit this world. They became more violent, more hungry, granted they weren't friendly before but now, even the smallest creature can be deadly to the unprepared traveller, and it all started when he arrived, or at least, that's my theory".

"Wait, theory? So you don't actually know?".

Elliyah responds, "Please, I will answer your questions after, but yes, it's only a theory for now. However, the evidence all lines up, the increased anger in the creatures, only one being in this universe could have set it off, the Drakkatel".

Elliyah waves her hand again and the image changes, revealing this "Drakkatel" and immediately, John recognises it, "Wait! That's the monster from my vision!".

Elliyah is now the one who is stunned as she asks, "You have seen this creature?!".

John is taken aback by the sudden change of tone before answering, "Yes, my first vision! I was next to this huge destroyed castle, I looked like a knight or something but then the ground started shaking, so I looked, and... that... was there".

Elliyah is shocked, now right next to him as she says, "John, please do not lie to me right now, you truly saw it?".

"I swear on everything I hold dear" John responds, making sure to look Elliyah dead in the eyes as he says it.

Elliyah looks back, listening to every word and after a few seconds of deliberation, says, "Okay, I believe you, but this is very bad news. This means that its bonds are breaking".

"Uhh... it's bonds?".

Elliyah sighs and replies with, "Yes, long before the fairies were born, two types of beings existed, myself and my siblings, the angels. The second was against us, known as Drakkeir, the Consumer of the Cosmos along with his spawn, little demonic creatures that would eventually evolve into the demons that grant wishes and make demon-kissed people, following me so far?".

John nods before Elliyah continues, "Well, my siblings and I, we were stronger than any army he could create, combined. We had the power to stop him, and we did, but not before he could create his ultimate weapon, the Drakkatel. We have no idea who it once was, or where she came from, but we do know that he transformed the being using magic darker than the emptiness of space".

John is stunned but doesn't interrupt as Elliyah continues, "When we defeated him, my siblings were happy, they wanted to celebrate, but not me, I felt... different. I knew the victory was too easy and unfortunately... I was right. That's when we first met it... the Drakkatel. She burst from the soil beneath our feet and began to attack, that's when we realised why we were able to win so easily, because she had all of his power and was stronger than we ever thought Drakkeir to be".

Elliyah stops herself for a moment before continuing, "Unfortunately, we weren't enough to stop her destruction all over the planet, my siblings and I were injured, weakened, almost at the brink of ****, but we made a decision, a last ditch effort. We all voted and came to agreement, to use the essence of our Father to create a bond unbreakable by any feat of strength or powerful magic, or at least, that it was we thought. So, we casted her out to a realm untouched by light or life and jailed her there for all eternity. We were sure she could never escape, but on one fateful night, the first human fell from the sky, unbeknownst to my siblings and I, but shortly after, darkness followed".
