A strange request

“Oops! Look at the time!” Kashiwagi said as he looked down at his watch. “We better start shoot now.”

“Oh, okay!” Ann replied. “Where do you want me to stand?”

“No no no, first I need you to change. We have several outfits we need you to model for today.”

“Oh yeah, I guess that makes sense…” Ann said nervously as she laughed. “L-Lemme just head back to the changing room real quick!”

Ann turned on a dime to head back out the door, but before she could take a step, Kashiwagi stopped her in her tracks.

“No! We simply don’t have the time! You can just change here.”

Ann stood still for a moment, doing a double take on what Kashiwagi had just said to her.

“Change here?! In front of everyone…” Ann said with a pink blush creeping across her cheeks.

Ann looked around the room and saw at least 10 other people besides her manager and Kashiwagi. She couldn’t possibly change in front of so many people.

“I-I’d don’t know if I’m too comfortable changing in front of you and everyone else, Kashiwagi-san…” Ann said honestly.

Kashiwagi grimaced in disappointment, scratching the back of his head. Ann felt bad, but there was no way she’d just take off her clothes and change in front of everyone.

“If that’s your choice, then I can’t **** you. I’ll just have to have someone else pose for the cover then. I hope we can work something out another time, Takamaki-san…”

As Kashiwagi began to walk away from the shoot, with several of his staff following him, Ann’s manager pulled Ann to the side.

“What the fuck are you doing?”

“W-What??” Ann replied in shock.

“This is a once in a life time opportunity and you’re letting shame get in the way!?”

Ann didn’t know what to say as her manager berated her. She knew she’d be throwing away a great opportunity, but would it be worth stripping in front of everyone in the room?

“Wait, please Kashiwagi-san, please don’t go!” Her manager yelled as he chased the photographer down.

He got down on his knees and bowed in front of him like he was apologizing for a grand mistake. Kashiwagi and his team stopped to watch the pathetic display. It was so embarrassing to watch, that even Ann began to feel bad for him, despite his rude behavior towards her.

“Please I beg of you! Ann will do whatever it takes to be on the cover of People of Japan, PLEASE!”

“Me?! You’re the one begging!” Ann thought to herself, feeling offended by her manager’s choice of words.

“I’ll only stay if Takamaki-san wants me to.”

Ann was trapped in a uniquely unfortunate situation. She had to choose between her career or her dignity. One one hand, she’d be famous all over Japan if she took the deal, but on the other, she’d be **** to change in front of her peers, her manager, and Kashiwagi himself!
